How are the 11 nights arranged?

Three nights in Paris, five in Bern and three at one Milan-area base. The advertised sightseeing starts with arrival in Paris on Day 1 and ends with a Milan airport transfer on Day 12. Exact properties, family rooms, connecting rooms and cot requests are confirmed in the quote.

Which meals are included?

Dinner on Day 1, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Days 2–11, and breakfast plus any later meal that fits your confirmed departure schedule on Day 12. Planned meals are included in all three countries and on transfer days. Share vegetarian, Jain, halal, allergy-related and toddler meal needs so arrangements can be confirmed.

Do we visit both Versailles and Disneyland Paris?

No. Day 3 includes one preselected option: Versailles Palace and gardens, subject to applicable garden admission and schedule, or one park at Disneyland Paris. Your choice and tickets are confirmed before booking; you return to the same Paris base.

Can toddlers join, and are child seats and cots arranged?

Families with toddlers, adult children and several generations are welcome. Share every child’s age, child-seat requirements, stroller dimensions and luggage. Legal seating and storage capacity, suitable child seats, hotel cots and access needs are confirmed in your quote. Four adults and a toddler are not automatically guaranteed to fit one specific V-Class with all their luggage.

Can a two-year-old join the chocolate workshop?

No. The chocolate workshop minimum age is four. Younger guests have a café break or chocolate tasting with an accompanying adult, subject to the venue’s rules. Eligible guests’ workshop places and the alternative are confirmed in advance.

What if a mountain outing is unsuitable for our family?

We check ages, health/access needs, mountain operations and weather before confirming. A lower-altitude Lauterbrunnen valley programme can replace the planned Jungfraujoch outing when needed, with any quotation adjustment agreed in writing. Day 8 may stay in Lucerne; Titlis or Pilatus is optional and priced separately.

How does the Venice day trip work?

Return rail travel between Milan and Venezia Santa Lucia, a sightseeing walk and a gondola ride are included on Day 11. You return to the same Milan-area accommodation that evening. Tickets, station transfers, stroller handling and access arrangements are confirmed for your family.

Can we join at a different pickup location?

The road route starts in Stockach, Germany, but the advertised sightseeing begins in Paris on Day 1. Tell us your preferred pickup point along the route. Feasibility, timing and any quotation adjustment are confirmed for your dates; no Germany overnight or sightseeing day is implied. Paris airport pickup and Milan airport departure transfer remain included.

Is this Europe family tour suitable for guests from India?

Yes. This private Europe family tour welcomes families travelling from India and elsewhere, with English, Hindi and Punjabi assistance. International flights and visas are not included; dietary and room requests are confirmed individually.

Which experiences are optional extras?

Mount Titlis or Mount Pilatus, any Rhine Falls boat ride, and Milan Cathedral interior or rooftop admission are separately quoted if offered. A cheese tasting stop depends on timing and confirmed arrangements. Your core included experiences and Day 3 choice are clearly listed in the itinerary and final quotation.
